Náš kváskový chleba je základ našeho menu a každé ráno nám provoní celou Etapu. Těsto připravujeme z kvalitní celozrnné mouky mleté na kameni. Tímto způsobem mletí si totiž uchová nejvíce živin. K tomu ho necháváme ještě 20 hodin fermentovat v chladu, čímž získává na chuti a navíc je pak i lépe stravitelný.
My si ho nejvíc užíváme potřený farmářským máslem a posypaný naší slanou oříškovou granolou. Vyzkoušejte!
